Estonian Folklore Institute is partner in the international T4T project Sustainable Tools 4 Trainers is a Nordplus Adult 16 months project for six organisations from Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland who made consortium with the aim to collaborate and develop adult education materials "Tools for Trainers in Sustainable Tourism". The role of Estonian Folklore Institute will be giving expert advice in how to involve local folklore and traditions into the tourism experience offered by rural tourism enterprises. The kick-off meeting of the project took place in August 23th-26th, 2016 in Iceland.

In February 25-27, 2018 the team of the Nordplus project “Sustainable Tools 4 Trainers” (T4T) had its concluding meeting in Klaipeda, Lithuania when the end results of the project were presented to the target group and plans for follow-up projects were made. Read more
